1. Digital Services Policy

All services sold on our website are digital in nature, including staffing services, consulting, or subscription plans. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once the service has been delivered or partially rendered.

2. Subscription-Based Services

For recurring services or subscription plans:

  • Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged further
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only in the following situations:

  • The service was not delivered within the committed time
  • A duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error
  • The service provided was materially different from what was advertised

To request a refund, email us at info@techwavetechnologies.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

  • The service has been fully delivered
  • You fail to provide valid reasoning or proof
  • The request is made after the allowed timeframe

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of your access to our services. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues.
